Life is Eternally Eating the Perpetually Melting Ice Cream. Equilibrium doesn't exist. Life is perpetual motion. You become hungry for ice cream. You go get an ice cream. At first lick, it is very special. Before too long, it begins to melt but you must continue to eat the ice before it melts all over you. You rush along to finish, have some small catastrophe, or give up. At the end you may have a belly ache. Then the next day or a few days later, you want the ice cream again.
